- Receiving, managing and triaging IT service requests

- Providing technical support, advice and training to staff, students and visitors

- Supporting IT hardware, software and associated services

- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents within agreed service levels
n
- Monitoring networks, applications, systems and audio-visual services
n
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, Apple, mobile/BYOD and AV technologies
n
- Assisting with hardware and software configuration, testing and installation
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining IT knowledge resources

- 8 week contract - ASAP Start

- $58.68 + super per hour

About the Role

About you

n

n
- A qualification in IT/Computer Science, relevant IT education/training, or equivalent experience
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Experience providing technology/IT support in a client-focused workplace
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, PC and Apple technologies
n
- Experience with Audio Visual, video conferencing, print/imaging and mobile technologies
n
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work in a changing service environment
