Job Description

Intensive Care At Home in Melbourne is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCRN) to lead a small team delivering in-home critical care for a spinal injury client. The role shares 20 hours of coordination between two individuals, requiring solid clinical judgement, teamwork and proactive communication with families.

The successful candidate will hold a four-year CRITICAL CARE nursing background, current AHPRA Division 1 registration and a Working with Children Check, with the ability to work
