$33.05 per hour (Monday to Friday), $39.66 (Saturday), $46.27 (Sunday)

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operation, keeping equipment, crockery, and workspaces impeccably clean so our culinary team can do their best work.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Ensure the kitchen, food preparation and dishwashing areas are kept clean and hygienic
n
- Clean pots, pans, dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
- Handle and use chemicals safely
n
- Operate dishwashing equipment
n
- Lifting of heavy items and dispose of waste
n
- Assist the Chefs in food portioning,



as required

About You

n

n
- No experience required, we will provide on the job training
n
- Clear communication skills, friendly positive attitude with a willingness to learn
n
- Can follow instructions, work well in a team environment or autonomously
n
- Valuable organisational, time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Perform heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks
n
- Be available to work days, nights and weekends
