Physio Inq is a fast-growing allied health company, and we are now recruiting a Client Services Assistant to help take our customer experience to the next level.

The role?

The Client Services Assistant supports incoming enquiries for our Mobile and Community Team, based at our head office in Albion. You will report to our Client Services Manager and work closely with a team-oriented, supportive Client Services team to assist clients with new enquiries.





This role is ideal for recent school graduates looking to gain administration experience, or university students seeking a flexible, people focused role.

What will you do?

- Assist with handling inbound customer service enquiries
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- Work as part of a national team to onboard new clients and referrers across different funding models, including NDIS

What you'll need

- Sound organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using basic office software
- Previous client services experience is not essential but highly regarded
- A positive, can do attitude

The nitty gritty

- Based in our Brisbane office in Albion
- Full training provided
- Part time or full time availability, with flexibility across days
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, no weekends
