STAR Scaffolds is looking for an experienced HR Crane Truck Driver to join our Steel Operations team, delivering and collecting scaffolding equipment across residential and construction sites throughout South East Queensland.

n

This is a steady, hands‐on role for someone who knows their way around a truck, can handle tight‐access sites, and is confident operating a truck‐mounted crane.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

n

Delivering and collecting scaffolding equipment across multiple sites each day

n

Operating an HR crane truck and truck‐mounted crane

n

Loading and unloading equipment safely and efficiently

n

Reversing and manoeuvring in tight residential and construction sites

n

Making sure loads are properly restrained and transported safely

n

Completing delivery paperwork and site requirements

n

Helping out in the yard with loading, returns and order preparation when needed

n

Keeping your truck clean, protected and well looked after

n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

You'll need:

n

Current HR Driver Licence

n

At least 2 years HR driving experience

n





Experience operating a truck‐mounted crane

n

White Card

n

Good knowledge of load restraint

n

Confidence working around active construction sites

n

Strong reversing and manoeuvring skills

n

Reliability, common sense and a solid work ethic

n

Experience transporting scaffolding, steel or construction materials will be highly regarded.

n

Forklift Licence is an advantage, but not essential.
