About the Role
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

- General building and carpentry repairs
n
- Facilities and property maintenance
n
- Reactive and preventative maintenance works
n
- Handyman repairs across a variety of sites
n
- Minor fit-out and improvement works
n
- Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues
n
- Maintaining protected and compliant work practices on site
n
- Working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
n
n
No two days are the same, and the role offers a strong mix of practical maintenance and carpentry-based work.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role,
you will have:
n
n
- Minimum 6 years experience in handyman, carpentry, or maintenance roles
n
- Current, valid drivers licence
n
- National Police Check
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Strong understanding of best-practice site work and safety
n
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on site
n
- Clear communication skills and professional presentation
n
- Ability to work well within a team environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
