The James Pascoe Group (JPL) is Australia’s leading specialty jewellery retailer, home to Prouds The Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark. Based at Summer Hill, we seek a Payroll Manager to lead a high-volume payroll function for 4,000–5,000 team members and oversee enterprise-wide compliance.

You will manage a team of five, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver accurate payroll and strategic insights in a fast-paced retail workplace.
