The Opportunity

As our Site Supervisor / Team Leader, you'll lead projects from start to finish. You'll be the person who keeps sites running smoothly, leads crews safely, solves problems before they become issues, and ensures every project is delivered to the high standard Austek Play is known for.

This is a leadership role, but it's not one where you're stuck behind a desk. You'll be out where the action is, working with your team, driving progress and seeing projects come to life.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating site crews
- Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
- Managing project set-out and site establishment




- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Managing quality, safety and project performance
- Maintaining project records and site documentation
- Solving challenges and keeping projects moving forward
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Representing Austek Play professionally on site
- Delivering projects that exceed client expectations
- Travelling occasionally to projects throughout Queensland and Northern NSW

Who We're Looking For

You're the person people naturally look to when something needs to get done.

You enjoy leading teams, solving problems and taking ownership.

You take pride in quality workmanship and understand that great projects are built by great people.

Ideally you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand
- Experience in playground construction, civil works, landscaping, carpentry, fencing, retaining walls or similar construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Understanding of levels, set-out and site construction processes
- Strong WHS knowledge and commitment to safe work practices
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and wants to build a career, not just collect a pay packet.
