What you'll be doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assisting with the day-to-day retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
- Maintaining a high level of store presentation and cleanliness
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensuring a safe and secure work environment for both customers and colleagues

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a retail role, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
