What We're Looking For
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a dedicated rostering, workforce scheduling, or CSO role within the healthcare, community, or disability sectors.
n
Solid understanding of NDIS, NIISQ, and DVA frameworks and how they impact scheduling and compliance.
n
Proven ability to manage complex rosters and adapt quickly to shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Who Will Thrive in This Position?
n
This position will suit a proactive problem-solver who genuinely enjoys being the puzzle-master of a busy office. You are someone who can seamlessly transition from solving a roster conflict in the morning, to onboarding a new hire at midday, to designing a recruitment flyer in the afternoon.
n
What We Offer
n
Flexible working arrangements supporting work-life balance.
n
Professional development and ongoing training across healthcare operations.
n
Exposure to both the operational (rostering) and strategic (HR/Recruitment) sides of a growing business.
