About the Company
n Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Richlands. Due to ongoing production requirements, they are seeking multiple Machine Operators to join their team on an ongoing casual basis.

About the Role
n This is a hands-on production role working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be operating machinery, completing quality checks, assisting with line operations and helping ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Duties include:

n

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
n
- Loading raw materials onto the line
n
- Running labelling and packaging equipment
n
- Completing quality checks and inspections
n
- Recording production information
n
- Assisting with machine changeovers and troubleshooting
n
- Cleaning machinery and work areas
n
- Manual handling and rework duties when required
n
- Following safety and quality procedures
n
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
n

Full training will be provided.

Hours & Roster




n This is anongoing casual roleoffering consistent full-time hours on a rotating day and night shift roster. Shifts are 12 hours in length and operate within a 24/7 production environment. Applicants must be available to work both day and night shifts and be comfortable working a rotating roster.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating or process work experience preferred
n
- FMCG experience highly regarded but not essential
n
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
n
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
n
- Able to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25kg
n
- Willing to assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties
n
- Able to work rotating day and night shifts
n
- Safety-focused with a positive attitude
n
- Willing to learn and be part of a team
n

A forklift licence is advantageous but not required.
