We are currently seeking a 3 qualified and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our Sydney-based team during an exciting period of sustained growth.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic and professional team, your role will include:

- Installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems
- Field servicing, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration units
- Providing reliable technical support both independently and collaboratively
- Maintaining strong communication and customer service standards
- Completing detailed service reports

Key Responsibilities

- Carrying out project work and system installations
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in critical cooling environments
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and procedures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients




- Managing service calls efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- A current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- A White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)
- Solid experience with fault finding and servicing refrigeration sytems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
