We're looking for a confident sales professional who

loves phone‑based selling

and knows how to

convert prospects through multiple touchpoints

— including calls, email, and consistent follow‑up. This role suits someone who thrives on conversations, momentum, and moving deals forward quickly. You don't need prior novated leasing experience — what matters most is your sales confidence, communication skills, and ability to engage, follow up, and close. What You’ll Be Doing

Converting warm, high‑intent inbound enquiries Building rapport and trust over the phone Using a mix of calls, email, and follow‑up to progress deals Educating customers on novated leasing and salary‑packaging options Managing an active sales pipeline with structure and urgency Closing deals efficiently while delivering a premium customer experience Working closely with a high‑performance team focused on results About You





You are someone who: Genuinely

loves phone sales

and daily customer conversations Is confident handling multiple customer touchpoints (phone + email) Has a background in phone sales, inside sales, or consultative sales Has a minimum of 3+ years' experience in phone sales Knows how to follow up properly and keep deals moving Is motivated, competitive, and target‑driven Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment Wants uncapped commissions and explicit earning upside Experience in novated leasing or finance is helpful, but not essential — full training is provided. Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen. What We Offer
