Prospecting current buyers and lead nurturing to manage sales activity Updating CRM & online listings to accurately reflect property information Generating enquiry reports to track leads and quality of marketing Assisting with the negotiation and exchange closing of sales contracts Work directly with a fully integrated , self financed developer with an enviable project pipeline Utilise a full size, on site display suite with the latest sales technology to achieve results Access to ongoing training Base Salary plus sales bonus structure
