Established in 2006, Hisense Australia Pty Ltd has since become one of Australia’s leading Consumer Electronics and Home Appliance brands, offering consumers high-quality solutions across a growing range of product categories including TV, sound, refrigeration, laundry, and air conditioning.

As a National Product Trainer, you will be the designated expert within Hisense reporting to the National Training Manager to deliver an exceptional experience and education to store staff and key stakeholders nationwide for Hisense products.

Your primary focus will be to elevate the understanding of specific categories amongst the Hisense brand creating and executing training presentations to demonstrate our industry leading premium features.

You may also be required to liaise with key media representatives to educate on Hisense products.

Operational Tasks

- Creation of training presentations
- Liaising with key retail partners to seek further training opportunities for Hisense
- Contributing to e-learning platforms to further digital training venturesEngagement and demonstration of brown goods products
- Education of Internal Staff




- Conduct training roadshows alongside the wider training team
- Liaising with media representative

Competencies & Skills for Position

- Strong experience in a related field, sales/sales training/sales management
- Experience working with Sales leadership teams for training purposes
- Proven track record of organizing and managing projects successfully
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with senior levels of management
- Highly- self-motivated and driven
- Ability to think outside of the box and drive change and creativity in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills; must be a agile speaker with proven ability to get participants excited about the topics being presented
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Proficient in the use of E-Learning tools, development, and implementation
- Interstate travel will be required as a key component of this role
