About the Role

n

We're looking for an organised andproactive Sales Administrator to provide day-to-day supportacross a busy residential salesportfolio.

n

You'll play animportant role in keeping listings, campaigns, client communication andsales administration runningsmoothly.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing listing documents, proposals, contracts andcorrespondence
n
- Coordinating newproperty listings andmarketing campaigns
n
- Managing photography, floorplans, signage and advertising
n
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors andsuppliers
n
- Managing theLead Agent's diary, appointments and follow-ups
n
- Maintaining CRM anddatabase records
n
- Supporting appraisals andcomparative market information
n
- Coordinating open homesandinspections
n
- Managing buyer enquiriesand follow-up
n
- Supporting contracts throughto settlement
n
- Preparing sales reportsand campaign updates
n




- Providing general administrativesupport
n

About You

n

You'll be highlyorganised, proactive andcomfortable working ina fast-pacedenvironment.

n
