We're looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to take ownership of a critical part of our production process — managing ice tubs and supporting ingredient flow across our kitchen and dispatch teams.

This is an early morning role (4:30am start, Monday to Friday), ideal for someone who enjoys finishing early and having the rest of the day free.

You'll work in a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring chilled products are properly handled, organised, and ready when needed.

Key Responsibilities

n

Ice Tub Management (Core Focus)

n

n
- Prepare and fill ice tubs and distribute to kitchen teams
n
- Monitor chilling process (stirring, temperature checks, recording)
n
- Ensure food safety and temperature compliance
n
- Unpack and organise chilled sauces and ingredients
n
- Clean, reset, and maintain tubs
n

n

Warehouse & Ingredient Support

n

n




- Weigh and prepare ingredients for production
n
- Label and maintain traceability records
n
- Follow FIFO processes
n
- Pre-stage stock for kitchen and assembly teams
n
- Flag low stock or shortages early
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Reliable and punctual (early start is essential)
n
- Comfortable working in a cold / freezer environment
n
- Solid attention to detail and consistency
n
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks
n
- Team player with good communication
n
- Experience in food production or warehouse (preferred but not essential)
n
