We're searching for a Shift Maintenance Electrician to join our on-site maintenance team—working an equal-time 12-hour day/night roster in a role that offers stability, development and the chance to work with up-to-date automation and industrial technology.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Preventative and reactive maintenance across automated bakery equipment and utilities
n
- High-level troubleshooting of electrical circuits, instrumentation and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley experience ideal)
n
- Supporting production teams to drive plant reliability, safety and continuously improve equipment performance
n
- Identifying improvement opportunities and working within a strong maintenance culture
n
- Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment on shift
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
- QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
n
- Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing experience
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostics capability
n
- Working knowledge of PLCs and automation (Allen-Bradley highly regarded)
n
- Safety-first mindset with solid communication and teamwork skills
n
