Saturdays in Dural is a specialty coffee bar and part of our growing online banana bread business. You are the senior person on the floor and second in charge to the store manager, focusing on coffee quality, quick service, and leading a small team.
You will dial in coffee, maintain standard recipes, manage stock, and be trained to bake our banana bread. This is a full-time daytime role with two consecutive days off weekly.
