Description

Based in our Gregory Hills head office, we are looking for a self-driven person to take on a four month maternity leave contract role as a Relocation Coordinator in our MoveDynamics division of GCW. The main responsibility is to assist in the day-to‑day services of the numerous currently held contracts and their relocating employees, providing excellent customer service to our clients and relocating employees to ensure they experience a smooth and stress‑free relocation.

At MoveDynamics, no two days are the same. As a Relocation Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of helping employees and their families relocate across Australia with confidence and ease.

Whether you're answering questions, coordinating services, solving challenges or celebrating a successful move‑in day, you'll be the person making the relocation journey smooth, stress‑free and even enjoyable for our customers.

You’ll work closely with relocating employees, government agencies, service providers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships along the way. In this role, you’ll:

- Be the trusted point of contact for employees throughout their relocation journey.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them every step of the way.
- Coordinate a range of relocation services and work with our national provider network.
- Solve problems,



overcome challenges and create positive outcomes.
- Partner with government and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Help deliver the outstanding service that MoveDynamics is known for.

About You

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and making their lives easier.

You’re organised, proactive and love the satisfaction of bringing moving pieces together to create a outstanding outcome. You’re equally comfortable chatting on the phone, managing multiple priorities and building rapport with people from all walks of life.

Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a customer‑first mindset and enjoy being part of a supportive team that celebrates success together.

You’ll bring:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Good geographical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to stay calm, flexible and solutions‑focused when things don’t go to plan.
