Key responsibilities

- Convert showroom, phone, and digital enquiries into sales
n
- Conduct needs analysis and match customers to the right vehicle
n
- Present and demonstrate vehicles confidently
n
- Manage test drives, trade-ins, and finance introductions
n
- Negotiate effectively to achieve monthly sales targets
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
n
- Deliver a seamless handover experience
n
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
n

About you
n

- Automotive sales experience preferred, but high-performing retail or customer-facing backgrounds welcome
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
n
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
n
- Current manual driver's licence
n
