As our Engineering Resource Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right resources are aligned to the right priorities across HDA’s engineering and project activities.

Working across Project Management, Engineering, Production, Test & Evaluation, MROU and other functions, you’ll bring together resource demand, capacity, schedules and project priorities to provide a clear and integrated view of delivery requirements.

You’ll also:

- Coordinate resource and capacity planning across projects, optimising shared personnel, facilities and equipment.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, providing visibility of activities, dependencies, priorities and key milestones.
- Identify and resolve resource constraints and competing priorities across multiple projects and functions.
- Analyse changing resource and schedule demands, supporting forecasting, mitigation and recovery planning.
- Coordinate Vehicle Operator resources, including allocation, utilisation, competency, availability and forward workforce planning.

What You’ll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, project scheduling, integrated planning or project controls within a complex environment.
- Strong capability in balancing resource demand, capacity and competing project priorities.




- Experience supporting complex delivery involving engineering, production, testing, logistics or operational functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate constraints and changing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and functional teams.

A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline would be advantageous

- To be successful in this role, you will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security clearance up to NV1 (must be an Australian Citizen). Eligibility criteria can be found athttp://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
