Mackay Regional Council is seeking a collaborative, proactive Talent & Onboarding Officer to join our People & Culture team on a temporary part time basis, 3 days per week (20.25 hours) and Mackay based.
You will coordinate recruitment processes from advertising through onboarding, support hiring managers and candidates, maintain recruitment records and assist with pre-employment checks in a local government setting.
