You will oversee all aspects of branch operations — leading your team, growing commercial performance, and building GV Crop Protection's presence across horticultural crop protection, agronomic services, and merchandise. About You

- Strong understanding of horticultural production systems and grower needs
- Experience with crop protection, agronomy, or horticultural inputs (highly regarded)
- Robust commercial acumen and financial management capability
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for supporting regional communities and Australian horticulture
- The ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and accountability
