KChem is seeking a driven Coatings & Chemicals Account Manager to join our Sydney team. In this hybrid role, you will own an established portfolio, drive sales growth, and partner with top-tier international suppliers to deliver high-value chemical solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio Leadership: Manage and expand an established client base to meet targeted sales and business objectives.
- Strategic Growth: Identify new market opportunities, introduce creative product lines, and execute tailored account plans.
- Technical Consultation: Translate complex product features into practical, real-world solutions through customer engagement and technical discussions.




- Field & Market Presence: Plan and execute regular customer call cycles, conduct site visits, and represent KChem at key industry trade events.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline data.

What We Look For

- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical sales experience in industrial coatings or chemicals.
- Skills: Proven relationship-building skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management.
- Requirements: A full, clean driver's license, willingness to travel for client visits, and the legal right to work in Australia.
