Our client is looking for a Field Services Analyst who will be responsible for providing onsite IT support as well as being an advocate and the face of IT for their Sydney office.

n

The key focus of the role is to be responsible for delivering a high-quality digital workplace experience at site level, proactively improve end-user productivity, and act as a trusted advisor linking business operations with IT services.

n

The role will also be responsible for proactively identifying recurring issues to eliminate root causes and to drive site level service improvements.

n

---Must be able to travel to various to sites within the Sydney metropolitan area (full licence required and pool car available)

n

Key Skills Required:

n

n
- Previous experience in Desktop Support / Field Service Support
n




- ITIL Foundation Certified, or strong knowledge and experience of working in an ITIL environment
n
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends such as: Endpoint Management (e.g. Intune, Autopilot), Up-to-date Workplace (M365, Teams, OneDrive), Identity & access basics (Azure AD / Entra), Hardware lifecycle & asset management automation
n
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
n
- Ability to positively support and encourage others through changeAn excellent understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit.
n
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
n
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
