EBA Site - Maintenance Fitter & Turner - Manufacturing

We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturing business experiencing continued growth and investment across their operations. They're looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their day shift maintenance team in a permanent role.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance across production machinery
n
- Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical equipment
n
- Working on presses, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, motors and automated machinery
n
- Supporting plant upgrades and continuous improvement projects
n
- Reducing downtime and keeping production running efficiently
n
- Working closely with production and engineering teams
n
- Completing maintenance reporting through CMMS systems
n

Maintenance Fitter - Metal Component Manufacturing
n Day Shift | Permanent Full-Time
n $49ph-52ph + OT + RDO every fortnight + super
n Monday-Friday | 5:30AM-2:30PM - every other Friday RDO - work at OT Rates

What We're Looking For

- Trade Qualified Maintenance / Mechanical Fitter
n
- Manufacturing maintenance experience
n
- Experience within heavy manufacturing, automated production, or rail-related industries highly regarded
n
- Strong fault-finding and breakdown experience
n
- Hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving skills
n
- Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset
n
