Our thriving Used Car dept. requires a new Leader capable of managing a team of of 6, delivering 100 plus vehicles a month. To take us to the next level we require a high energy, Used Vehicle Sales Manager, that loves the thrill of the chase, getting involved, and closing deals.

Automotive Sales Management experience is preferred,



however a successful 2IC ready to take the next step will be favorably considered.

- Get involved in every deal and not be afraid to get out and sell a car yourself if needed

- Ability to work Autonomously

- Strong Finance focus/introduction.
n
- Have a positive understanding of dealership DMS, CRM, and lead management
n
- Drive exceptionally high standards and staff accountability
n
- Inventory Management
n
- Gross a deal and manage paperwork flow in an efficient manner
n
- Coach and mentor a team
n
- Work effectively with other departments and stakeholders in the business ensuring profitable outcomes
