Classroom Teacher - Maths Fixed Term Full time SEM 1 2027 Loyola College is seeking a passionate and qualified teacher to join our dynamic team as a Mathematics Teacher. This Fixed Term / Full-Time role is based in Watsonia, Victoria and will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality mathematics education to our students.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons for secondary school students

Creating and implementing innovative teaching strategies to support student learning and achievement

Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to ensure continuous improvement

Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials

Contributing to the broader life of the school community through extracurricular activities

What we're looking for:

Relevant teaching qualifications and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)

Experience at the secondary education level, ideally senior classes in mathematics.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues

A passion for mathematics and a commitment to student-centred learning
