Not a Trace in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Maintenance / Reliability Supervisor to keep our food manufacturing plant running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on, day-to-day role with roughly 50/50 split between field maintenance and planning, not a desk job. You will lead a small team of Maintenance Fitters, own line set-up and changeover quality on packaging equipment, and drive safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
