We’re looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen teams across three of our Coffs Coast venues – Toormina Hotel, Sawtell Hotel and Moonee Beach Hotel.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced kitchen team, you’ll play an important role in delivering consistently great food in a busy pub environment.

You’ll be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, supporting the wider kitchen team and helping deliver a smooth service when things get busy.

We’re looking for chefs who take pride in what they do, enjoy being part of a team and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Trade qualifications are preferred
- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong food preparation,



presentation and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to quality and consistency
- A positive, team-first approach
- Valuable communication and reliability
- Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends
