About The Role

n

- You will be responsible for providing safe and holistic care for our residents. For example, nursing and emotional care, food handling and feeding.
n




- Working with the wider team to support residents' activities (e.g mobility and meaningful recreational activities)
n
- Participate and contribute to resident's care plan
n

n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III or IV in Ageing Support or Individual Support (Ageing)
n
- At least 1 year of Experience as a Nursing Assistant in Residential Aged Care
n
- Compassionate and Caring
n
- Commitment to allocated Shifts
n
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
n
- Enjoys working in partnership with residents and their family
n
- Positive attitude and works well as part of a team
n
- Understanding of cultural and linguistically diverse communities
