We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrician with data centre or hyperscale experience to join a growing team delivering high-specification critical infrastructure projects.
n This is a hands‐on role for an electrician who can read drawings, fault‐find, identify problems and work through practical solutions, rather than simply carry out installation work.

The Role

- Electrical installation, testing and commissioning
n
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
n
- Fault‐finding and resolving electrical issues on site
n
- Working across critical power and associated electrical systems
n
- Identifying issues and developing practical solutions
n
- Coordinating with engineers, project managers, contractors and other trades
n
- Supporting testing, commissioning and project handover
n
- Providing technical support to other electricians and apprentices
n
- Working within strict safety, quality and project requirements
n

The Role

About You
n
n
- Current electrical licence and relevant trade qualifications
n
- Strong commercial, industrial or infrastructure electrical experience
n
- Previous data centre, hyperscale or critical infrastructure experience
n
- Strong drawing and schematic interpretation skills
n
- Proven fault‐finding and problem‐solving ability
n
- Experience with critical power systems
n
- Robust installation, testing and commissioning experience
n
- Fibre optic splicing experience highly regarded
n
- ACMA Open Cabling Registration highly regarded
n
- Structured cabling, communications or fibre network experience advantageous
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues on site
n
