Manage the full claims lifecycle from lodgement to resolution Support and guide customers with empathy and professionalism Act as the first point of contact for incoming claims Review and negotiate claims to ensure fair outcomes Maintain accuracy and efficiency while following internal procedures and service standards What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in claims or a complex customer service environment Robust communication and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines A calm, empathetic approach with a focus on delivering great service
