You will oversee a diverse portfolio ensuring that lease conditions are met, payments made and properties maintained according to lease and legislative requirements. As a Property Portfolio Officer in the Leasing Transactions team is responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of leased out properties for social housing and program delivery. Administer Community Housing Leases for Homes Victoria. Monitor and contribute to leasing portfolios that deliver effective services to renters and the community.
