About the Role

n

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Pick & Packer to join our Wacol Distribution Centre.

n

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you'll pick, pack, and manage stock efficiently while keeping our warehouse running smoothly.

n

Bonus: If you hold a Light Rigid Truck licence, you'll have the opportunity to act as a backup driver for local CBD and fridge deliveries - adding variety and growth to your role.

n

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm
n Type: Full-time Hours (38 hours per week)

Your Day-to-Day

n

n
- Picking, packing, and storing goods accurately and safely
n
- Receiving stock and maintaining warehouse inventory
n
- Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers (Crown machinery)
n
- Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
n
- Conducting stock checks and assisting with dispatch
n
- Liaising with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
n
- Upholding QCC's high standards for accuracy, safety, and efficiency
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or distribution role
n
- Forklift licence (counterbalance LF & high reach preferred) Crown Machinery onsite
n
- Light Rigid (LR) Truck licence is a solid advantage for delivery support
n
- Valuable physical fitness - comfortable lifting and moving stock
n
- Confidence working at heights (our Wave Pickers go up!)
n
- Knowledge of SEQ metro areas is a bonus
n
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
n
