About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate the delivery of an ICT project focused on data, analytics, reporting and AI capabilities.

n

You will coordinate technical workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and work closely with architects, analysts, engineers, vendors and operational support teams to support successful implementation and transition.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead day-to-day technical delivery across the project.
n
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors and delivery partners.
n
- Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
n
- Translate architecture designs into technical delivery plans and work packages.
n
- Oversee delivery across data integration, analytics, reporting, AI and cloud-based services.
n
- Coordinate testing, deployment, service transition and operational readiness.
n
- Provide technical reporting and advice to project leadership.
n
- Support architecture governance and continuous improvement.
n

Essential

n

n




- Significant experience delivering complex data, analytics, business intelligence, data platform or digital transformation initiatives.
n
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating vendors.
n
- Strong understanding of enterprise data and analytics platforms.
n
- Solid technical knowledge across Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Services, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
n
- Experience with data integration, migration, reporting, analytics and cloud technologies.
n
- Experience managing technical risks, issues, dependencies and delivery schedules.
n
- Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches.
n
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
n

Desirable

n

- Experience in government or other highly governed environments.
n
- Background in Data Analytics or data analytics project management.
n
- Relevant Project Management, Agile, Azure, Data Platform or IT Service Management certifications.
n
- PMI, Agile or PRINCE2 certification.
