We're partnering with a leading organisation looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-profile Federal Government transformation program.

n

This is a hands‐on consulting role working across ServiceNow and broader platform capabilities, with a strong focus on technical delivery, solution design and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
n
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs
n
- Deliver across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD and broader ServiceNow modules
n
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current Baseline or NV1 Clearance is required
n
- Solid hands‐on ServiceNow development and consulting experience
n
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
n
- Strong JavaScript, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills
n

n

Nice to Have

n

n
- ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-DF, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD
n
- Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or HRSD
n
- ITIL / Enterprise Service Management knowledge
n
- Experience mentoring or leading technical workstreams
n
