A Construction Manager – To clear the roadblocks, handle builder escalation, and keep site operations moving.

A Dedicated Project Administrator – Your new best friend, who takes care of the paper trail, compliance, and claims so you can focus on running great jobs.

What We’re Looking For

Plumbing DNA: You’ve come up through the trade or have solid commercial building services experience. You know pipework, plans, and builder politics inside out.

Commercial Chops: You know that a variation isn't just extra work—it's profit. You keep a sharp eye on job margins.

People Skills: You can command respect on-site without being an idiot about it, and you build great rapport with builders.

Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license (and a decent sense of direction helps).
