As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, energetic and ambitious Production & Procurement Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

n

Working closely with our General Manager, Senior Client Services Manager, Production team and Designers, you will play a vital role in bringing marketing campaigns to life.

n

You will coordinate supplier quotations, production scheduling, purchasing, logistics and project administration while learning all aspects of retail display and print production.

n

Every day is different, and you'll be involved with projects ranging from supermarket displays and pharmacy campaigns through to packaging, promotional products and large-scale retail activations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Production Coordination

n

n
- Assist in coordinating production schedules
n
- Monitor manufacturing progress and delivery deadlines
n
- Liaise daily with suppliers regarding artwork approvals,



production updates and shipping
n
- Identify and proactively resolve production issues
n
- Ensure projects remain on schedule
n

n

Procurement & Supplier Management

n

n
- Source quotations from local and international suppliers
n
- Compare supplier pricing, capabilities and lead times
n
- Prepare quote comparison documents
n
- Issue purchase orders
n
- Maintain supplier pricing and databases
n
- Build strong supplier relationships
n

n

Project Administration

n

n
- Assist with project setup and documentation
n
- Update project management systems
n
- Maintain accurate production records
n
- Coordinate freight bookings and logistics
n
- Support inventory and warehouse administration
n
- Assist with reporting and workflow management
n

n

Continuous Improvement

n

n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
n
- Assist with implementation of AI tools and workflow automation
n
- Contribute ideas to improve supplier management and operational performance
n
- Help drive continuous improvement across production and procurement processes
n

n

About You

n

You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

Ideally you'll have experience in one or more of the following:

- Print Production
n
- Procurement
n
- Project Coordination
n
- Marketing or Creative Agencies

- Retail Displays / POS
n
- Packaging
n
- Manufacturing

- Supply Chain
n
- Logistics
n

You will also have:

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organisational ability

- High attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
n
- A proactive, positive attitude
n
- A desire to continually learn and improve

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini will be highly regarded.
