JML Trades is growing, and we're looking for experienced Roofers and Roof Plumbers to join our Canberra team.

n

This is a hands-on role working across residential and commercial roofing projects & repairs. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers and enjoys solving problems and providing preventative maintenance solutions.

n

You'll never be expected to cold-call customers or generate your own leads. Our office team keeps your schedule full so you can focus on delivering quality roofing solutions.

n

$45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and sales capabilities

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Every day brings something different, including:

- Roof restorations
n
- Roof repairs and leak investigations
n
- Roof replacements
n
- Gutter and down pipe replacement
n
- Flashings and metal roofing
n
- Storm damage and insurance repairs
n
- Residential and commercial maintenance
n
- Roof inspections and condition reports
n
- Providing customers with practical roofing solutions
n
- Preparing quotations for recommended works
n
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
n

What We're Looking For

n

You will have:

n

- Roofing or Roof Plumbing experience
n
- Previous track record for in providing quotes and recommendations
n
- Current White Card
n
- Working at Heights Certification
n
- Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Pride in your workmanship
n
- The ability to inspect roofs, identify defects and recommend practical solutions
n
- Confidence preparing quotations
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n

Experience with roofing restoration and maintenance is a must.
