UnitingCare Health’s St Andrews War Memorial Hospital is seeking a CSSD Team Leader to coordinate the Sterilisation Team and oversee reprocessing of reusable medical devices for operating theatres and clinical areas. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring high sterile standards.

You will supervise shift activities, support quality improvement initiatives, and act as a technical resource on sterilising technology while collaborating with the Department Manager on staffing and HR
