George & Matilda Eyecare Kalgoorlie is looking for an experienced optometrist ready to trade volume-driven suburban practice for something with more clinical weight — and more life outside the consulting room.

Who we're looking for:

n

An optometrist with 3+ years' experience who is ready to own their clinical space. You should be comfortable making independent decisions, building genuine patient relationships, and communicating clearly — both to patients and, where required, to referring colleagues.

You understand that excellent clinical care and a well-run practice are not in conflict. You don't need to choose between them.
