Job Description

TeamKids is seeking a part time Second in Charge (2IC) to lead in delivering high-quality before/after school care at The Oaks, NSW. You'll support daily operations, mentor staff, and create enriching experiences for children while liaising with families and school principals.

The successful candidate will have a passion for childcare leadership, be ready to train, and thrive in a fast-paced service. This role follows split shifts and requires commitment to child safety and team collaboration.
