As the Site Manager, you'll be working on a SHDF contract, with properties based in Wakefield - this role will require you to travel. With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go-to for all things social housing and leading the team to keep up with standards.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

- Ensure high quality service is provided and scheduling work to adhere to company procedures on SHDF schemes with the local council.

- Lead and manage the team whilst training and mentoring so they can succeed alongside you, transparent progression routes will be demonstrated for you and your team.

- Liaising with the Contracts Manager to inspect and analyse the quality of work across

Requirements for Site Manager

- Experience in a similar role, ideally Social Housing and Construction
n
- Skilled in planned works
n
- CSCS
n
- SMSTS
n
- Own transport (mileage included)
