Butterfly Childcare Manly West is looking for experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our long-standing, family-owned service committed to providing high-quality, play-based learning guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You'll be supported by experienced educators, a full-time non-contact Educational Leader, and dedicated Centre Directors who genuinely value quality education and solid relationships.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality, play-based learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Support children's safety, wellbeing and dignity

Create an environment where children are protected, respected, heard and supported to thrive

Value children's rights, voices and cultural identities

Actively incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures into practice

About you

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educator

ACECQA-approved qualification, or currently studying towards one

National Geccko Child Safety Training

Foundations of Child Safety Certificate

Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain one

Current First Aid & CPR,



or willingness to obtain

Must be 18+

Caring, enthusiastic and dedicated
