With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities: Vegetable planting, thinning, pruning, picking, packing Sorting, packing or grading of produce where this requires the exercise of only minimal judgment

Performing a range of housekeeping tasks Performing basic recording functions, interpret data and communicate findings with Supervisors/ managers; Operating farm related vehicles, plant, machinery, machine operation and general labour

Assist in machinery operations for spraying,

Annual: $50,862 p.a Hourly rates: $25.74 p.h Level 2:

Annual: $52,245 p.a Hourly rates: $26.44 p.h Level 3:

Annual: $53,036 p.a Hourly rates: $26.84 p.h Level 4:

Annual: $54,972 p.a Hourly rates: $27.82 p.h Level 5:

Annual: $58,193 p.a Hourly rates: $29.45 p.h Entry level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record.

Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug & alcohol test

Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team Be able to provide two reference checks

Immediate start possible Availability across day and afternoon shift - early morning and mid-afternoon starts depending on assigned role and previous experience Early starts, long days and all weather conditions, predominantly outdoors work.
