Christmas & Event Installation Crew

n

Get some money in the door for Christmas and join The Prop House Collective team!

n

We're looking for reliable, hardworking and hands‐on people to join our crew across Christmas installations, event styling, warehouse prep and deliveries. You'll work as part of a team bringing Christmas displays and events to life across shopping centres, corporate precincts and event spaces.

n

This is a seasonal role with opportunities for night shifts, weekends and longer shifts during our peak Christmas period. Shifts can range from a minimum of 4 hours through to 10–12 hour shifts depending on the project.

n

While this is seasonal work, there is potential for ongoing casual work across future event installations, styling projects and other TPHC work based on performance.

What You Will Do

n

n
- Assist with Christmas installations in shopping centres, corporate precincts and other locations
n
- Prepare, organise and pack items for Christmas and event installations
n
- Work as part of a team to set up event spaces according to designers' proposals and client specifications
n
- Handle, transport and install a variety of decorations, props,



furniture and décor elements
n
- Assist with deliveries and collection of stock as required
n
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately and within tight deadlines
n
- Maintain and organise stock ready for upcoming installations
n
- Adapt to last‐minute changes and requests on site
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the wider team, clients and suppliers
n

Key Skills & Requirements

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying and working on your feet for extended periods
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Good organisational and time management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
n
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
n
- Availability for longer shifts, including 10–12 hour shifts, during peak Christmas periods
n
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
n
