MTD Plumbing is looking for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice to join our construction team.

n

Established in 2005, MTD Plumbing is a Sydney-based plumbing company working across commercial and residential construction, refurbishments and fit-out projects throughout Sydney.

n

We're looking for someone who is already part-way through their apprenticeship and wants to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced plumbers on quality construction projects.

n

A company vehicle will be included as part of the employment package for the right candidate.

n

The Role

n

This position will primarily be working within our construction team, with hands-on experience across all stages of a project, including:

n

- Sanitary drainage and stormwater
n
- Rough-ins and stacks
n
- Hot and cold water services
n
- Gas installations
n
- In-ground plumbing
n
- Fit-offs and final connections
n
- Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
n
- Reading plans and working from hydraulic drawings
n
- Working alongside builders, site managers and other trades
n
- Testing, commissioning and project completion
n

n

You'll have the opportunity to see projects through from the early stages right through to final fit-off and handover.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is currently a 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice
n
- Has construction plumbing experience
n
- Is reliable, punctual and ready to work
n
- Takes pride in their workmanship
n
- Has a good attitude and is willing to learn
n
- Works well as part of a team
n
- Can communicate professionally on site
n
- Holds a current driver's licence
n
- Wants to become a skilled, well-rounded tradesman
n
