Job Description

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide emotional and spiritual support across multiple SCC locations. This role focuses on compassionate listening, person-centred care, and coordination of memorials, reflections, and community visits.

You will work with volunteers and staff to enhance resident and client wellbeing, with ongoing training and development opportunities.
